I drafted posts using company-approved graphics and copy from SAEM's monthly newsletter. If the copy was too long for certain platforms, I shortened it to fit character guidelines.
Using HootSuite, I scheduled every post across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter).
Newsletter
The Pulse Newsletter
A monthly newsletter sent out to the medical association's members. This newsletter was used to announce events and deadlines, congratulate members on their accomplishments, and share articles on various topics, written by members.
I assisted in proofreading and copyediting each draft, ensuring clarity, guideline compliance, and readability.
Project/Resource
The SOAR Project
A learning resource for our members (Medical Students, Doctors, Physicians, etc.) consisting of abstracts, didactics, and presentations from past Annual Meetings.
I led and collaborated with my fellow interns to comb through a 2,000+ row spreadsheet, categorize all presentations, then upload and organize them on the company's YouTube channel.
